Australian youngsters San Cisco will be performing at Johnny Brenda’s in Philly this Friday, March 22nd. Tickets are currently still available and can be purchased here. Chaos Chaos (aka the duo formerly known as Smoosh) will be opening the show.
San Cisco’s super poppy breakout single “Awkward” takes a humorous approach addressing the oh so familiar topic of adolescent infatuation. You can listen to the Awkward EP on Spotify. San Cisco have yet to release their self-titled debut LP in the US (which has been described as having a bit more of an “eclectic, soft punk meets R&B” vibe); however, you can get your fix in the meantime with the official music video for “Fred Astaire” (below), as well as their other new song “Beach“.
